Aubergine 40%, reconstituted and rehydrated SOY flour, sunflower seed oil, tomato, crumb (WHEAT flour, brewer's yeast, salt), starches, WHEAT gluten, extra virgin olive oil, pea fibre, parsley, double tomato concentrate, salt, onion, yeast extract, oregano, dehydrated garlic, garlic, preservative: potassium sorbate. May contain CELERY, MUSTARD and LUPIN.

Cooking instructions

OVEN

Take the product out of the pack and bake at 180 °C for 6 minutes in a preheated oven.

MICROWAVE

Take the product out of the pack and bake at 750 Watt for 3 minutes.

FRYING PAN

Take the product out of the pack and cook over medium heat with a little oil for 6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
