1 pack of Kioene aubergine burgers
1 pita
1 heart of variegated radicchio
1 red onion
50 g of mesclun
For the sauce:
4 tablespoons of tahini
1 lemon
salt and pepper
METHOD
Clean the radicchio, wash it, dry it and chop the leaves.
Clean, wash and finely slice the spring onion.
Place the pita bread on a serving plate and spread the radicchio, mesclun and spring onion on top.
Cook the burgers as indicated on the package.
Meanwhile, transfer the tahini to a bowl, dilute it with a few tablespoons of water while stirring with a whisk and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. You should achieve a fluid consistency.
Place the burgers on the salad, dress with the sauce and serve.
