  • 1 pack of Kioene aubergine burgers
  • 1 pita
  • 1 heart of variegated radicchio
  • 1 red onion
  • 50 g of mesclun
  • For the sauce:
  • 4 tablespoons of tahini
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper

METHOD

  1. Clean the radicchio, wash it, dry it and chop the leaves. 
  2. Clean, wash and finely slice the spring onion. 
  3. Place the pita bread on a serving plate and spread the radicchio, mesclun and spring onion on top. 
  4. Cook the burgers as indicated on the package. 
  5. Meanwhile, transfer the tahini to a bowl, dilute it with a few tablespoons of water while stirring with a whisk and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. You should achieve a fluid consistency. 
  6. Place the burgers on the salad, dress with the sauce and serve.
