Spinach 25%, carrots 24%, reconstituted and rehydrated SOY flour, sunflower oil, WHEAT gluten, starches, breadcrumbs (type “0” common WHEAT flour, brewer’s yeast, salt), potato flakes, rice powder, SOY protein isolate, onion, pea fibre, salt, sugar, preservative: potassium sorbate; dehydrated garlic, spices.
May contain CELERY and MUSTARD.

Cooking instructions

OVEN

Take the product out of the pack and bake at 180 °C for 6 minutes in a preheated oven.

MICROWAVE

Take the product out of the pack and bake at 750 Watt for 3 minutes.

FRYING PAN

Take the product out of the pack and cook over medium heat with a little oil for 6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
