Textured and rehydrated SOY proteins concentrated 40%, breading (WHEAT flour, water, salt, brewer's yeast, lemon extract, parsley), sunflower seed oil, water, potato proteins, WHEAT gluten, pea proteins, starches, thickener: methylcellulose; natural flavourings, salt, concentrated lemon juice powder, yeast extract, pea fibre, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, preservative: 
potassium sorbate. May contain CELERY, MUSTARD and LUPIN.

Cooking instructions

OVEN

Take the product out of the pack and bake at 180 °C for 6 minutes in a preheated oven.

FRYING PAN

Take the product out of the pack and cook over medium heat with a little oil for 6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
