TASTY TAGLIATA WRAP WITH CRUNCHY VEGETABLES

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Tagliata Gustosa
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 4-8 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 small piece of Savoy cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small red onion
  • FOR THE VEGETABLE TZATZIKI
  • 200 ml Greek-style soy yoghurt
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • a few mint leaves and/or a sprig of dill
  • salt and pepper

METHOD

For the tzatziki

  1. Peel the cucumber, grate it with a coarse grater and squeeze it with your hands to remove excess liquid.
  2.  Remove the garlic’s germ and chop it finely. Chop the herbs you have chosen, as well. 
  3. Mix the yoghurt with the prepared ingredients, season with salt and pepper and store until ready to use.  


For the wrap

  1. Now wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves and remove the tough central rib. 
  2. Finely slice the savoy cabbage, peel the carrots and cut them into long, thin sticks. Peel and finely slice the onion. 
  3. Spread the tzatziki on each tortilla, cover them with the lettuce leaves and stuff them with the vegetables and the Tagliata Gustosa, after cooking it as stated on the package. 
  4. Add another spoonful of tzatziki, roll the tortillas, cut them in half and serve!
