  • 1 pack of Kioene Grantaliata
  • 1 large head of romaine salad
  • 30 g bread croutons
  • FOR THE SAUCE
  • 125 ml vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon desalted capers
  • pepper

METHOD

  1. Prepare the sauce: squeeze the garlic or chop it very finely after removing the germ. Chop the capers very finely as well. 
  2. Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, capers and garlic in a bowl, season with a grinding of pepper and mix well to combine the ingredients. 
  3. Dilute the sauce with a few tablespoons of water to a fluid consistency and keep it in the fridge until serving time. 
  4. Clean the salad, cut it into strips, wash it and dry it well. 
  5. Break up the larger pieces with your hands and place them in a large bowl. 
  6. Add the bread croutons and Kioene’s Grantaliata. Season with the sauce and serve!
