1 pack of Kioene Mushroom Burgers
2 slices of multigrain sliced bread
plant-based margarine
1 avocado
half a lemon
mixed sprouts
salt
METHOD
Cook the burgers as indicated on the package.
Meanwhile, toast the bread slices and spread a layer of veggie margarine on them.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, peel and slice it.
Place the avocado on the two slices of bread and season with a pinch of salt and a little lemon juice.
Place the burgers on top of the avocado, garnish with fresh sprouts and serve.
